Corporate Social Responsibility Statement

Interlawyers subscribe to a set of core values, and from these values, have developed a commitment of social responsibility. The association supports and coordinates Member firms’ efforts, and encourages a focus on sustainability, development of talent and professionalism, respect for cultural diversity, regard for environmental preservation, investment in emerging markets and developing legal systems to support the rule of law, and to working together locally and globally to enhance member firms’ efforts toward their own corporate citizenship.

Member-driven Organization

Members are aware that Interlaw requires active participation and there are many ways for lawyers and professionals to be involved with Special Business Teams and other aspects of the association. Member firms understand the expectations of Interlaw, the core values and the association’s commitment to the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The membership unanimously passed the 2010-2013 Strategic Plan in October 2010, which included the Core Values and CSR program.
